Rebecca joined The Pointe in 2019 and has over 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. An East Tennessee native, Rebecca was raised in Kingsport, TN. Her mother was the Director of Nursing at a local nursing home, which is where Mills initially discovered her passion for working with seniors. She graduated from East Tennessee State University and earned a degree in Healthcare Administration. Prior to joining The Pointe, she held the Executive Director role for a skilled nursing home for 14 years. When not at the community, you can catch Rebecca and her husband, Todd at various sporting events cheering on their two girls, Lily and Madelyn.

Chelsea became part of The Pointe family in early 2023 and has been serving the senior population and their families for nearly 10 years. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where she holds a Communications degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from King University. Her bubbly personality paired with her heart for seniors to enrich their golden years makes her the perfect person to help guide them during this time. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dalton and their two kids, Dallas and Dollie. She is a Halls native and now resides in the Corryton area. They are avid lake goers, specifically Norris Lake and she loves the Vols!

Lisa Conner Crisp

Lisa became a valued team member in 2019 as our Director of Nursing. She began her career in the medical field in 1995 as an in-home certified nurse assistant (CNA). In May of 2010, she finished college and was pinned as a licensed practical nurse (LPN). Lisa moved to Knoxville in 2010 and worked for the next 8.5 years as a Memory Care Director. Lisa is married to Mark, and they have several grandchildren. Lisa is a Christian and her faith in God is a very an important part of her life. She also enjoys playing the piano, reading, crocheting and spending quality time with her Family.

Director of SHINE Memory Care, LPN

 

Monica started at The Pointe in 2019 and serves as the Director of Memory Care. She has over 25 years of nursing experience in dementia-related care and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Before working in healthcare, Monica worked as a supervisor and the office manager. She found her passion for nursing after caring for her grandmother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Monica has a desire to help seniors and impact their lives through nursing. 

Judy Kitts

Judy has nearly 12 years of experience in the senior living industry. A native of East Tennessee, she was born in Tazewell, Tenn., and moved to the Halls area at the age of 7. Judy is a graduate of Halls High School and has been in a management role for over 20 years. Judy and her husband, the Rev. Mark Kitts, are of Baptist faith, and Mark has pastored for the last 43 years. Judy and Mark have two daughters and seven grandchildren whom they adore.

Parker joined The Pointe in 2023 after servicing the food service industry for over 15 years working in different capacities, such as restaurants and healthcare settings but found his passion is serving seniors. He loves cooking pasta dishes and Mexican cuisine. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittany, and their five kids on their farm where they have 2 horses and Chickens.

Amber became part of our team in 2023 after working as a project and activity coordinator for over 15 years. Her experience comes from her time in the corporate restaurant and healthcare industries to managing her family’s household for several years full-time. She is originally from Wapakoneta, Ohio and relocated to Knoxville in 2022 with her husband of 20 years, Al, and their two kids, Kennedy and Cristian.

Liam McClish

Director of Facility Operations

 

Liam has been overseeing all things facility operations related at the community since 2021. He is a Michigan native who grew up in a tiny town in the state’s southwest and has over a decade of experience in facilities and operations management. He moved to Tennessee and began working in the senior living industry after learning about a family member’s struggles with Alzheimer’s disease. Outside of work, Liam enjoys outdoor watersports, good food and most of all his wife, Margo.

Senior Living Lead Therapist

 

Ryan joined The Pointe to spearhead our one-of-a-kind Physical Therapy Program in January of 2021. Ryan specializes in mobility, transfers, and enhancing flexibility and strength. When he isn’t working individually with residents, he is leading our daily exercise program, walking club and much more! Ryan is the Lead Senior Living Therapist for the University of Tennessee Home Health Care. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 7 kids, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.

Raley came to us as an Intern with a workplace learning program through Gibbs High School. While completing her internship, primarily in our activities department, she found her love for seniors, and we welcomed her officially to the activities team in 2025. When she isn’t cutting up with the residents, she is hitting the books, as she is studying pre-med at Pellissippi State University. She lives a very active lifestyle and enjoys being outdoors. Known for her bubbly personality and loving spirit, Raley is always eager to bring fresh ideas and energy to the community.

With over two decades of experience managing full-service hotels, Ahana has honed her skills in hospitality and operations. In the past decade, she has transitioned into the dynamic realms of for-profit post-secondary education and non-profit organizations, which has contributed to fostering learning environments and community engagement. Outside of work, Ahana loves exploring the great outdoors with her husband Rick, whether it's hitting the trails with their Huskey Waylon in their Jeep or camping in the mountains. She also enjoys immersing herself in literature, unleashing her creativity through crafts, and expressing herself through painting. She is passionate about both professional growth and personal fulfillment and strives to make meaningful contributions in every aspect of her life.
