Rebecca Mills

Rebecca joined The Pointe in 2019 and has over 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. An East Tennessee native, Rebecca was raised in Kingsport, TN. Her mother was the Director of Nursing at a local nursing home, which is where Mills initially discovered her passion for working with seniors. She graduated from East Tennessee State University and earned a degree in Healthcare Administration. Before joining The Pointe, she served as Executive Director of a skilled nursing home for 14 years. When not at the community, you can catch Rebecca and her husband, Todd, at various sporting events cheering on their two girls, Lily and Madelyn.

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
